O2 Broadband bills of disconnected account

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

I was using O2 broadband before. However, I now need bills for this disconnected account.

Would it be possible to get the O2 broadband bills for all the months that I have used?

Thanks

BP

You would have to contact CS I would presume http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

As Sky took over O2 broadband in May of 2013, it's most likely that O2 Customer Service will refer you to them. I'm not certain how long Sky would be obliged to hold on to the records of a disconnected account.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

The O2 t&c's aren't helpful as they only state that they hold the information when you stop being a customer 'for as long as we need it'
