So it was okay for BT to swallow up EE and lessen the number of providers, but it's not okay for Three? If Three had done this before BT and had been approved, would they be asking questions about the BT merger?

This is just a pure joke, the EU need to mind their own really. I am not a fan of three, but if the merge will create better signal etc I'm all for it. The UK have so many resellers such as Virgin, who is massive and Tesco to name a few, the merge shouldn't cause much issues really.
