Hi all, my number still shows as unavailable for several friends and strangers by both text and phone. This will happen in any part of the country and does not seem to be signal dependent. I believe the issue happened after I ported from Virgin to 3 then back again. O2 keep fobbing me off. I have tried a variety of troubleshooting steps but still have issues and it has been months. Anyone got any suggestions please? I cannot keep missing phone calls.

Getting customer service to understand is the main problem going forward

There is a CLI presentation bolt on needs adding to your account

If that doesn't work your account needs a disconnection reset

This is the bolt-on name, @doctorking - as mentioned by @jonsie above:

If you have to go down the account reset route, either keep in touch with the CS team via DM/private messaging on Social Media (X or FB Messenger), or from a phone other than your own number (landline or handset) - as your number will drop out of service for a while as the account disconnection reset happens.
