I got the phone today on 02 and even though the signal bar is alsmost full i am unable to make or receive calls and text due to the message "not registered on network" is there anything I can do to resolve this? Thanks

If its a new contract then it can take a while to fully activate.
Turn the phone off and in to reset it.
If this does not rectify itself after 24 hours then contact Customer Services on 202.
