Not receiving verification texts

I usually get texts to verify ID for various apps and websites like Klarna, Microsoft and HMRC. But recently I'm not getting the verification texts with the codes. I don't know what's wrong or how to fix it.

Use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.
