The big problem has been with the IMEIs showing as used previously.

yes, this gives them confirmation that there is an issue, so the imei has not really been used, also some people cant seem to find the link to claim it, so it's on there...failing that they have the number to call nokia so that they can order it manually.
Hope that it provides a bit more information about the promotion...there isnt a lot on the website...

The online site still does not work,and the number also does not work,it puts you through to an answer machine where you choose the options..all the options answer with number no longer in use.
So any ideas how to claim my free 735 christmas bundle greatly appreciated.

It's just not good enough is it?unfortunately there is no other way of claiming it...it has to be done by Nokia
