No signal since before Christmas

The signal mast is down in our area and has been since before Christmas, so no O2 - is anyone going to do anything about it?........ever?

 

Area is DG2 post code area.

Yes, they are aware of it.

    Sorry, there's a mast near you that isn't working and we're waiting for our third party supplier to visit the site to fix the problem.

You have our sympathy. Our signal disappeared months ago and we were given the mast not working will update till a message saying it was fixed just before Christmas. It lasted a week and is off again now with the same message. It's more third world than the third world.
