Hi,
Im completely at my wits end with o2. I returned an iphone 15 on the 19th of july 2024 and still have not received a refund and to make matters worse i cannot upgrade as my account is showing an outstanding balance of £565 which is in arrears. I've contacted o2 customer service about this multiple times actually almost everyday for the 2 months since i returned the device and i keep getting the same responses that they will resolve the issue and wipe my account of arrears but nothing has been done. I keep checking my account and its still in arrears.
