Hey there! I’m curious about the O2 phone mast issue in Yarm. It’s been a few months now, and it’s been a real pain. We’re stuck in the stone ages without any network 4G or 5G signal, except for the WiFi inside our homes. It’s frustrating!

It's a generic message and there can be a myriad reasons why there has not been a fix, too many to mention here
Generally Customer Services have no more information than that which appears on the My Network App.

It pains me to say this but it's a big issue in those little Villages in the bum end of nowhere, very picturesque but awful for mobile phone users, terrible signals.

Yarm has about 10K residents and is a Large town in North Yorkshire, its not a Village,
Have you ever been to Yarm?? It's just off the A19 and next to an Airport..
It also has an amazing farm shop, and this is just a simple case of a broken mast...
It used to have a very popular nightclub as well...
