Since I was transferred from virgin to o2 last week my caller id for incoming calls is not working, all callers show as Unknown, how do we fix this please.

Others have had to get assistance from the community o2 advisors @Lau-loo , so let's see if they can help.

Now fixed new SIM required and 4g and WiFi calling had to added to account

call 202 ask the o2 customer service to switch off the CLI ( caller Line Identity) and then switch back on from your profile.
