No caller id - Page 2

Since I was transferred from virgin to o2 last week my caller id for incoming calls is not working, all callers show as Unknown, how do we fix this please.

@O2Sarah- or @O2Ryan are you able to help me on the same problem? I have been on to customer services for a total of 2 hrs with no avail.

Neither of those advisors are currently working @JP1082

Instead it is @O2Emma and @O2Jonathan .

The last of the advisors were removed from here so just customers now

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
