No answer to calls by CS, no live chat. Give me an "End Contract Button"

Get someone to answer the phone would be good.  Sean Bean keeps disconnecting me.  Live chat is always "Busy" so that is no good.  I can't do what I want online, which is to leave and get a PAC.  All I want is a button to click to say I have given notice.  Well it is 3 days now so I had better only need to give 27 days notice.
Service here is awful.

Can't even use qick post,  Says "Loading" at top of broswer, but never does anything, jus goes from awful to diabolical.

I have been using an Iphone 3 for two years beyond the end of the required contract time and 02 have never contacted me to suggest an upgrade. I decided to take the initiative and have tried for three evenings now to upgrade using the website. It seems to be the only function that simply does not work online. All the other tabs and drop down menus seem to function perfectly. Finally I receive a message saying "Our website is very busy. Please try later." The live chat is never available and the phone line shuts down before the advertised hour. This is a communications company? I would very much appreciate an End Contract Button. I'm taking my custom elsewhere due to O2's utter lack of what they would call 'human interface'. Goodbye 02.

If you wish to upgrade then do it instore as it is much quicker & you will walk out with your choice of phone within 10 minutes.

If you wish to cancel then you must call 202. If you wish to take your number with you to a new provider then at the time of cancellation you will need to ask for your PAC code which you will then need to give to your new provider

You can walk into any o2 store at any time and upgrade there and then.
If you do choose to leave make sure the network you move to offers you a good signal in the areas you go to.
You will still need to call CS to cancel your contract and get your PAC to keep your number so try calling around 8-8.30am when it's quietest.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
