Just joined O2 PAYG, transferred my number and paid a month up only to find they don't support WIFI calling. Can't use my phone in my office now 🤬. Had this on other PAYG NETWORKS without problem. Poor show O2, my wife and I will need to change supplier again.

Check first before you move again.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

A lot of networks dont give PAYG all the features of Pay Monthly, and is something you should have checked before porting the number over.

I would recommend checking which ever network or virtual network you choose to see if they support WiFi Calling as not all do on PAYG Services..

Most network running on EE or Vodafone have WiFi Calling and VoLTE as both of those networks are closing 3G in the next couple of months.

1p mobile certainly does and Vox do as we use them here

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If the O2 network generally works for you, you might wish to check whether Sky and Tesco offer WiFi Calling to PAYG customers.

Both have reasonable reputations for Customer Service and both operate on the O2 infrastructure.

Tesco don't offer WIFI Calling to PAYG customers

and Sky don't offer any PAYG Tariffs...

So no point looking at either of those PAYG Options
