I can only assume there is an issue with the local mast as there is very little to no service at this location - although the O2 service checker states the service is working perfectly well. I know it's not just my phone as other users have same issue.

best to ring o2 and report an issue and get all affected to do the same payg 4445 pay monthly 202 or business 8002 assuming you can make a call
What is the exact postcode as the td7 says no coverage by the bar graphs
