The 5 g mast in my area was damaged due to a fire at the building the mast is located. Will I be entitled to compensation for lost signal , or is there an actual place I can go to figure out when it’ll be up and running again. Thanks

No one will be able to tell you when it will be up and running. Depending on any damage it could be some time. The mast may not even belong to O2.
Download My Network to record and monitor the situation

As to compensation that's for O2 to decide, probably when things are fixed. The terms and conditions don't guarantee you a signal

Why do you think you should get compensation when o2 was the victim of a fire??
Maybe find the building owner and ask them to pay you for inconvenience
If you have 1 bar of signal you have network access... end of conversation...
Pathetic
