Next day delivery

Ok right now my next day delivery does not seem so next day sure there are a few hours left which it may come in but i am doubting it will. Further more it says my order is complete. Tho I have still not received my product. So how can my order be complete.

Anyone else find this annoying or had this problem.

I call for a better tracking service!

'Complete' means that the order has been collected by DHL and is on it's way to you. Deliveries can arrive up until about 6pm so you still have a few hours left. If you want to track the parcel progress with DHL you can get the parcel number from customer services, they'll need your online order number to locate your new account.

What is it with these expensive courier companies that cannot uphold the promises they make? Any why does o2 insist on sticking with them ?

I've been waiting in for my iPhone to arrive between, wait for it, 9:00am and 9:00pm. That has to be the broadest delivery timeframe I've ever seen.

When o2 open tomorrow I'm going to raise #### with them. I'm furious.

12 hours I'm never getting back.

You're going to raise #### with them? Hmm ok.

Anyway as you've already said yourself if your delivery has left o2 it's now going to be dhl's fault if it's late etc etc. If you contact o2 they'll track your parcal with dhl and if they need to will contact them to chase things up.
If you think dhl are bad imagine if your phone was being sent with the shambles that is Royal Mail?

There's no point shouting at the operator at o2, it's not their fault and you'll probably find if you're courteous they'll be more inclined to help you.

I appreciate that DHL is largely to blame for this but a quick search of these forums shows quite clearly that the "next day delivery" promise o2 makes its customers is often not upheld because of problems with DHL.

So I think o2 has a lot to answer for, too. That they've encountered countless incidences of delayed delivery yet continue to entrust their shipments and the trust of their customers to this shambolic outfit speaks volumes.

I've been with o2 for years and I'm told that I'm a high-spend private customer (if you'd seen my bills you'd agree!) and this is far from the first time that I've been let down by deliveries from o2.

Would I prefer them to use Royal Mail? Heck yes! They do what they say they are going to do almost all the time. I've never had a delayed delivery that has been Royal Mail's fault.

I will start on the phone by being pleasant and courteous but if an offer of compensation isn't almost immediately forthcoming, I fear I'll become more irate. 12 wasted hours sitting home waiting for this deliver is NOT something I'm happy to let slide.

I was once told that I was getting my phone between 9AM and 1PM. At 1.20PM I got a call from DHL saying that they were running late and he would be there between 1PM and 5PM. I told them that wasn't acceptable as I was going to work.

I had to pick it up from the depot in the end.
