Upgraded via switch on the 9th November it did say it would be an upto 3 week delay in the order being sent out

Its only day 13 so i won't bother contacting CS just yet

has anyone else ordered the Pixel fold 9 and waiting if so how long did you wait ?

I've checked other firms EE Google store argos amongst others with all having stock ready for next day delivery. i wondered why o2 were having problems sourcing stock when no other company seems to be.

@gadget

Probably because o2 have sold out of their allocation from Google, due to the Black Friday deals, obviously EE havent and are a lot more expensive than o2's current deal.

Google always prioritise there own stock..

A few solutions, cancel your order pay off the device plan and order from EE or buy direct from Google either upfront or via finance...

You will get it once o2 have stock, which is dependent on when Google send them the stock...

thanks for your reply

They revised the offers they have on the Google fold 9 without any stock being available thats bad business practice IMO. I had been looking out for an updated google fold switch up offer so noticed the new deal the same day and ordered.

I won't be purchasing either through EE or google as i'm using switch up thats the advantage you can swap a mobile phone after 90 days.

I'll wait for the 3 weeks delay which ends on the 30th november and contact them if its not been delivered.

The post was more to see if anyone else ordered and how long they waited for it.

I'm in the same boat

Ordered mine 8 days ago, with a "up to 3 weeks" delivery. However, no definitive date on my order yet.

Any news on yours?

Nope no news as yet

my 21 days ends on saturday so i'll probably contact them friday

I've had dealings with o2 CS before it can be very frustrating as they don't actually know anything they just read from a script and will fob you off to a store which can't do anything.

I have a feeling this will be left in limbo and they won't get any stock and will eventually get cancelled.

Its bizare how a company can put a new offer out for a mobile phone but have no stock to fullfill it

If your 21 days ends on Saturday @gadget, I would be inclined to give it until Monday and then contact the O2 sales' team via social media :-
