Not network data for over a week

I’m on GiffGaff and they use O2 masts. I’ve been without 4G home data for nearly two week. This is beyond ridiculous. The network update is that they are talking to the landlord to be able to access the mast to fix it. Two weeks? Really! What a crap ...

OTP code not being received

I’ve recently joined 02 and had a problem receiving OTP codes from my bank Santander,Judging by the number of other posts, this seems to be a common issue.I was able to rectify the problem by doing a phone reset.
