Does anyone have any experience of O2 fraud dept?
Do they ever resolve issues?

I've no direct experience and can only go on what I see posted here. But it seems that customers don't get the sort of response you would expect and things seem to drag on.
I'm sure the get resolutions but customers rarely come back here to say things have been sorted

The problem is the rules around telling people what is happening, as they are not allowed by law to inform you of anything that is classed as "tipping off"
But they do resolve issues, either for the customer or against the customer, and will involve the police if necessary.
I am afraid with all Fraud teams across a lot of industries, patience is the key as these things cant be resolved instantly.
