Hi, not sure if this is a scam - but - just had a text from 'O2' to say unable to process your bill, to avoid fees please update payment information. This is followed by a link to what looks like an O2 page for updating payment info.

I've tried to access my account page online but the O2 site will not let me access anything  - first signing me in then endlessly looping me back to the sign-in page. My app won't let me sign in at all. No chat line, no getting through on calls...So I cant check ANYTHING to see if it is a scam - IT issues - so frustrating!!

Has anyone else had this scam? Is anyone else having sign-in issues?
