Network down for 4th day

This is the 4th day of O2 network being down in Bethesda, North Wales. What is going on?

check http://status.o2.co.uk for the postcode.
If it shows mast fault o2 know about it and are dealing with it but it can take hours to several weeks depending on the issue and things out of o2's control
If nothing shown you need to report to o2.

Yeah.I'm in Liverpool and we have had the local mast down for a week, at least we have some others around.
I spent many a weekend in Bethesda and from what I remember coverage was never good in the first place. Wales is never high on the Networks' agenda.

North Wales is abysmal outside of a town! (er thats 3G grin ). Don't even bother with the 1800MHz networks as the signal strength is extremely poor. Yet the coverage indicators give a great signal on the beach 😐 😐 😐
Vodafone did a small upgrade to Edge recently on my "local" transmitter and thats in 14 years.

I feel your pain, we have had a local mast down for around 3wks now. Happened to us on the weekend my daughter went into labour!!!
