How comes I dont get network, when we pay our bills on time.

I need full refund,

Please delete your number as this is purely a customer community. O2 won't call you and you won't be refunded as this is a general nationwide problem.

TBH, it doesnt take long to find that he has used the number on Gumtree, to sell cars.... So the spambots will be in full flow...

To the OP, Zero compensation will be due, as there is a clause in the T&C's that doesnt guarantee a fault free service, and as a conusmer no SLA or KPI's exist....

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
