Network Coverage they lie

Anonymous
Not applicable

If you go onto 02 site and check the Network Coverage the site lies and the maps they provide lie.  Post code DL10 does not get any coverage, if you want to make a call you have to go outside far away from buildings, normally you need to go out into the countryside.  If you contact 02 they always say the coverage is good, and if needed they would send an engineer to check.  However if you ask them to do that they backtrack.

Unfortunately they are only a guide and cannot take into account buildings and other structures which may effect the signal. You should always check networks with a PAYG SIM before committing to a contract with any of them.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
