FOR SEVERAL MONTHS I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE MY PHONE OR INTERNET OUTSIDE OF WIFI WHICH IS VERY FRUSTRATING. My husband called a few months ago and 02 informed him there is an issue and will be resolved THIS HAS NOT. This needs resolving before I change networks and I also require a refund for several months loss of use-age.
I would appreciate an email with your response.

If not getting any Internet over a wide area when not on WiFi it is far more likely to be settings on the phone that are wrong.
I'm not verse with iphones but I'm sure another of are community members will make some suggestions

Try changing the APN setting in network settings to mobile.o2.co.uk
