Moved over to o2 from Virgin mobile.

Hi all,

 

I am new to o2 and was looking at my account, I am paying the same as I was on Virgin but am I correct in thinking unless I have my card details or direct debit set up my bill wont be automatically paid, Also I have noticed its offering me a £3.50 airtime discount as a bolt on? 

Does the bolt on come at an extra price or is it a free thank you for using o2.

The bolt on is free and will be applied to align your O2 bill to your previous Virgin bill.

You can check in your MyO2 if the DD was carried over to O2 or contact O2 to check.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you use online banking, your bank's app might shed some light on your DD too. It depends which bank you are with.
