I really want to check my bill and manage my O2 product but every time I click on any link such as 'view your bill' or 'make a statement' the website fails. This is so frustrating. When will this bug be fixed and is it happening to anybody else?

Have you tried sending a blank text to 21202, or using the MyO2 app?
If you're still having trouble ring O2 on 202 and get them to check your online account.

I have cleared all my history and cache and its still not working...looks like I should try another browser!

Im using internet explorer 10 and it works ok for me
