Has anyone who has had problems with eSIMs actually had them resolved?
Now on day 25 of NO SERVICE due to eSIM order stuck in processing. Thought I had some light at the end of the tunnel on Sunday when showing as complete, pressed the activate, got another message saying it can take upto 24 hours, nothing happened. Rang and they ordered me another eSIM which is now stuck in processing! Still no response from customer complaint email either.

You might be disappointed to know @Lcw that it is taking O2 up to eight weeks to investigate and respond to complaints.
You need to persevere with O2. Unfortunately, this is a customer to customer community so we cannot access your account or offer other direct assistance.
I suggest that you message O2 on social media :-
Facebook : https://o2uk.co/O2CFB
X (previously known as Twitter) : https://o2uk.co/O2CTW
Instagram : https://o2uk.co/O2CIG
The social media team are based in the UK and have a good track record of resolving customer problems.
Incidentally, if you search this forum, you will find lots of eSIM issues similar to yours. One assumes that these are eventually resolved, unless the poster simply gives up ! 👍

8 weeks with no service is not acceptable for the scale of this issue Oxonian. How do you suggest bills get paid when you can’t access said accounts because of 2FA behind your acocunt(s)?
do you think that is acceptable?

@GamerRaver I don't see anywhere in @Oxonian post where there is a suggestion that the situation is acceptable.
We can only push people back to O2 in situation like this and perhaps suggest other ways to contact them.
Your fight is with O2 and not their customers.
