Does anyone ever get a response from the creditreferrals@02.com. They have basically ruined my life. And the customer care of the 02 team and systems are appalling. I would have a excellent credit score if it was for 02.
As they have held a credit default on my credit score from when I was very badly injured years ago. I paid what i owed and never missed a payment on anything since. I offered my medical records to them and you can clearly see I never miss payments on anything since. They do not care what so ever tho what happens to me now. It effects my mental health.

How long ago? This is the norm on defaults
"A default stays on your credit file for six years from the date of default, regardless of whether you pay off the debt. This is the same as for other debts such as County Court Judgments (CCJs) and bankruptcies. "
If it's longer than that and they won't remove it take professional advice

Its still appalling Enlli because they can remove it as i have spoken with Experian it was 5 years ago now but it still appears and is now the only negative impact on my credit score. The fact I was in a really bad position at the time and I was really struggling with work because of injury. I never received any mail or emails to let me know the position I was in can you understand how this is massively making me depressed?

You need to add a notice of correction to your credit file.
This will put doubt into the validity of the default and the credit agencies will be forced to question O2 about it.

Speak to Experian, and they can log an issue with o2, and they can ask for it to be removed, unless o2 can prove to them it shouldn't then it should be removed, if not then you will need to prove to o2 via Bank Statements that a payment wasn't missed.
The Experian process (and same for the other 2 CRA) is about 3months from start to end.
