I claim cashback and need a bill printed to send off. I just went to print the bill and it is not worth anything!!!! The bill does not have an O2 logo on it does not have my name on nor even the mobile number, bill date. The only information it has is details of the charges and how much due and when you are going to collect the money.
Not even my accountant will accept this it is ridiculous. I do not want to request a bill as it takes 3-5 days but to be honest it defeats the whole purpose of online billing and been able to print your own out.
Please respond as I have just had a very fiery discussion with a so called account manager at O2 who just kept repeating that she could not put me through to anyone else. The only advice she had was to do a screen print, send one in the post and go to this forum. All of which defeat the purpose.
Thanks
Lisa

online billing was brought in to make things simpler, however o2 did give the option to customers via a generic text message to opt out of the change and keep paper biling if they so wished, unfortunatley most customers didnt bother to reply,
therefore generating a lot of extra work for C/S having to then switch them back when they realised that in actual fact they did want to keep it,
if you simply call o2 on 202 they will switch you back to paper biling no problem.

I suspect this is the same for many others who would have opted for this if they had known it was an available option.

I have never seen the option for free paper billing before, it has not been mentioned in any email or text message from O2.
I suspect this is the same for many others who would have opted for this if they had known it was an available option.
Available from customer services, unless you have an Iphone or mobile broadband.
OP, you could just do a print screen after pressing F11 and print that out. Most cashback companies seem to accept that.

O2 do not charge for the option of paper biling, they never did, they only charge for the itemisation,
online billing was brought in to make things simpler, however o2 did give the option to customers via a generic text message to opt out of the change and keep paper biling if they so wished, unfortunatley most customers didnt bother to reply,

if you simply call o2 on 202 they will switch you back to paper biling no problem.
A lot of customers never received the text or letter with their final bill telling them to move onto online billing hence the calls through to customer services and the letters sent out advising customers of online billing were pointless as they advised to call customer services in order to get their user name.
I would agree with adding the paper billing, you don't need it itemised if it is for cash back or accountant.

But there is more information and on-line request here :
Taken from the Billing FAQ :
If you need a paper bill for expense claims or because you aren't on the internet, ask us to set one up. You can print your online bill by clicking the 'Print' button on the front page. This only prints out the front page.
Use this form :
Request Paper Billing
