I have moved my wife and I onto a monthly contract after being on PAYG for a few years while we travelled and was on monthly before - customers for over 20 years. When we installed our new SIM cards I was expecting our phone numbers to be migrated in the next few business days. Fast forward 2.5 weeks, numerous online messages and calls to 02 and it is still not done. We need our numbers for many reasons. I’ve lost all patience with 02 and they ask for the same information every single time. Help please….

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.
