Lte smartwatch to work with pixel

Hi I'm aware the pixel watch LTE doesn't work with O2. However I am wondering if there is any smartwatch that will work with LTE on O2 with a pixel watch, maybe the Samsung one? Thanks

The only smartwatches that work away from the phone are the Samsung and the Apple ones @Roberto_232

As has been advised only the Apple Watch and Galaxy watches are supported on o2, the Pixel Watch is decision made by Google and the best place to get o2 higher up the list is to post to the pixel community. 

To be honest unless you need it then just buy the Bluetooth version of the watch, as lots of people find out they always have the phone with them so the LTE watch is a waste of time...
