Just looking for some advice. Ordered two phones on Saturday 28th September. Got a message from DPD on Monday saying it would be delivered that day. About midday got a message saying my "driver was delayed". Waited for an update on Tues which was not forthcoming. On Weds eventually got through to DPD and they said "there has been a security incident, please contact 02". I contacted O2 via webchat on Weds and it took two days for them to say on Friday "there has been a security incident, well actually DPD have lost them. The DPD team are sorting it out." Since then nothing, on Saturday I was told "you don't need to keep chasing, we are on the case". Clearly not! I need some idea of when the chocolate teapot department are going to have replacements delivered. Obviously I need to be in, so want to plan my week. I did have a "glad you have come back email" yesterday (even though I never went away!), maybe that was triggered by someone doing something, but who knows?
Is there a UK based department who have a clue about customer service that I could contact or do I just have to wait. It's all been in India so far.
