I was put through on webchat to Vicki from the re-connects team as I wanted to cancel one of my contracts. I was offered a deal (which I understand they will try to keep my custom) and I politely declined. I was again offered the deal and reminded her firmly that I just wanted to cancel to save money, no reflection on the service etc. Vicki gave me a disconnection date and all was well. However, a few hours later I received an email thanking me for my order!! She had gone ahead with this deal even though we agreed to cancel. Basically fraud was committed on my account and I am fuming. After reading some of the posts here it seems 'Vicki' doesn't do her job properly and just deals with queries like a corporate robot, not understanding the individual customer needs.

I can't imagine why you have posted the same thing twice, it just makes helping you more difficult.Smiley Indifferent

See my post in this forum regarding my experience - Exactly the same problem only O2 contacted me.

I am about to involve the Ombudsman Service Communication as the eight week mediation period has now ended.
