Late Delivery rude staf

How come it is i can be promised delivery tommorow for the last three days and yet agin this morning and be told there is noting we can do ...?

Yes I found I got messed about when I was buying a dongle but it came eventaully, I presume youve been online with the chat and got nowhere ?

Don't bother with live chat as they will be unable to help... from previous posts we have seen on here. Incidentally, until that phone reaches you.... it's the responsibility of O2 not UK Mail (or whatever courier service is being used.)
