I see Apple are now willing to buy your 'banged up' iPhone as a trade in for a new one...

Cynical me wonders if, after getting Error 53, users would launch their useless iPhones therefore 'banging them up' Smiley Very Happy

Apple know this so are offering to buy them....?? Rolleys

This report offers a little more clarification, particularly their partnership with Belkin to offer screen protector installations. To be honest, I've always found their trade in program to be quite poor in comparison with other retailers such as CeX, but I suppose anything is better than nothing if your handset is deemed to be beyond economic repair.

Yes  I am sure 'anything is better than nothing'...I was really having a little joke about Apple. As a Samsung user this has long been custom and practice on here (and everywhere else from my extensive reading)  ...

Seriously, I actually looked at the report in your post @Anonymous I agree those trade in prices are poor. I know they are shown in dollars but even worse if you convert to GBP. $250 for an iphone 6+?
