Well on ebay example (mods remove if not allowed) an iphone6s screen is for example £169 says oem screen or if you take it to apple for £106.44 (less £7.44 instore)

But yes it is not a good sign of the times but what about all the phones exploding etc due to non standard replacement batteries etc I guess another way to protect the brand name.
