I've placed an order on a 3rd party website for a phone+contract with o2 however I've been advised that my order is delayed because "O2 are currently in the process of updating their computing platform to increase their security and processing abilities with their customers. With these improvements currently being implemented on the O2 new platform they are currently in the process of moving customers from the old platform."
I just wonder is that information true?
