Yes its a P&G tariff. No other reports on here as yet so definitely speak to customer service on 4445.

I am having the same problem. It stopped working for both inbound and outbound over the weekend.

(International favourites 10 USA)

Called CS this morning, advised the service has been taken down for upgrades. Expected to be up and running by Wednesday.

Why has there been no comms from O2 about this or anything on the web site - this is extremely bad CS O2, just a courtesy text message warning of this would have been enough to give your customers a chance to make alternative arrangements.

At the trailing edge of technology.
