I lost my iPhone 14 Pro max yesterday. I called O2 to report the loss, and also made an insurance claim with O2 insure. They took some details and sent me a form to sign. Then told me it would be at least two working days before they make a decision...
I have three phones and one ipad on contract with O2, all insured. I spend around £50 a month just on insurance alone. I've never missed a payment etc.
But they need a few working days to make a decision! Ha
