Incoming calls going to voicemail

For the past week incoming calls going to voicemail.  Once I make an outgoing call (after 2 attempts) can receive incoming but then drops again.Am in Larkfield Kent and have heard could be to do with a new mast going up, Have contacted 02 but no one can tell me what the problem is.

If voicemail is turned off and there is no network connection, callers should get a number unobtainable message so I'm not sure how calls are going to voicemail unless maybe you have TuGo installed.

There is however some maintenance due on the masts in the next couple of days so might help.
