Hi everyone,

Recently, Leonard and I have noticed a few threads with suggestions of pages on the O2 site that could be improved in terms of the wording, phrasing, or the information that the pages show.

These include:

O2 wallet pages

O2 travel pages

Certain pages not loading, etc.

These are just a few areas of the site however and suggestions from anywhere on o2.co.uk are very welcome.

As you guys are the ones who have suggested that there are problems, here is your chance to let us know in one thread, so that we can easily collate impressions, pass them on and hopefully get them sorted for everyone.

If you have suggestions for an improvement, please include a link to the page, a description of its exact location, and also a suggestion of how it should be changed or re-worded.

So let us know. I look forward to seeing your views.

Toby

Thanks for the suggestion, Pete. Their site does look nice. If you have any particular pages you feel need correction, do give us a shout.

One thing I notice is that they seem to get more information per page by using a slightly smaller typeface.

The Home Page for O2 IE looks particularly good, with all the important links showing.

Yes, theirs wasn't broken either, but they didn't try to repair it.

Yea, they do seem to get more info on it, perksie. I'm not sure if that's better though. Might become an overload slight_smile

One improvement would be to put mobile phones/broadband on a separate forum to home phones and home broadband.

Toby, Leonard or Abs.

One thing you could check and get resolved asap.

Northern Cyprus on the o2 international page is giving the customers the wrong prices on contract.

Northern Cyprus is not classed as EU but o2 are showing that it is (On contract any way, but not on PAYG).

Customer services are giving correct prices to customers but that may be too late if you know what i mean.

Cheers
