Improvements to the O2 site

Hi everyone,

 

Recently, Leonard and I have noticed a few threads with suggestions of pages on the O2 site that could be improved in terms of the wording, phrasing, or the information that the pages show.

 

These include:

O2 wallet pages

O2 travel pages

Certain pages not loading, etc. 

These are just a few areas of the site however and suggestions from anywhere on o2.co.uk are very welcome. 

 

As you guys are the ones who have suggested that there are problems, here is your chance to let us know in one thread, so that we can easily collate impressions, pass them on and hopefully get them sorted for everyone.

 

If you have suggestions for an improvement, please include a link to the page, a description of its exact location, and also a suggestion of how it should be changed or re-worded.

 

So let us know. I look forward to seeing your views.

as i am agree with Other member on here 

 

i see o2.ie homepage omg it is very nice layout. i just want o2.co.uk do the same, At the mo The home page is Mess and awful come on guys fix it do same Layout like O2

 

Hope there listen to our feedback

Hi guys,

thanks for all of your replies here and please keep them coming. So far the development team have made a few changes:

- Some dates have been changed on certain support pages off the back of your feedback
- Improvements are being made to the web feedback form for the main site (thanks for fleejay and adamtemp64 for their help in this)
- Support emails are having their wording looked over to see if communication improvements can be made.

All of these actions are a result of the great members we have here and long may it continue. I will keep raising issues and suggestions to relevant teams on the network so that we can all improve the site significantly slight_smile

I agree the site does need improvements, and it is good to see things are being worked on.  I do think the topic is a good idea, it is good to get a whole communnities opinion than just a couple of IT people. 

 

If I come across links etc that don't work I shall post them slight_smile

From the status page: Now 2.00pm and still no update. Improvement definitely needed.

 

Further to our previous update where some customers in some areas were unable to make or receive calls, send texts or use data, we're still monitoring the situation, but everything is fixed. If you're still having problems, try turning your phone on and off. We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. 09:45 15/10/12.

there are no email on o2.co.uk anytime more i want it back help customer i understand that you offer a Live help and Phone support but we want our email back on o2.co.uk. please updates the site layout do o2.ie
