The same goes for EE too.
But they are the only network to offer the service natively, which is what you want I believe. Fact is, O2 won't offer the service as long as Tu is still working and paying off the investment.

Tu go is not wi-fi calling, its an app. Completly different as it dosent intergarate with the phones OS at all. Wi-fi calling is seemless, no need to install or run another app and complete intergration with the rest of the phones OS and functions
I very much doubt if o2 invested much in tu go at all and if they did they were robbed.
