your website is a disaster. i just spent the last half hour navigating in circles because nowhere is there an actual way to just plain contact help.

i am pretty sure the messages i am receiving that claim to be from )2 are scams, and i am trying to SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING about this.

IMPOSSIBLE.

you really need to step up your game, O2.

We are not O2.

Contact by phone is as it has always been. 202 from a contract handset

It's 0344 809 0202 from any other

 https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Remember to be courteous....it will get you further

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@andromeda_girl Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202, 0800 902 0217 (Payment Management) or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:

@andromeda_girl

If you simply want to know whether text messages purporting to be from O2 are scams, why don't you post a flavour of what they actually say ? For example, it is fairly safe to say that if someone is offering you a discount of 40 per cent, it will be a scam.

Remember - if it seems too good to be true, it probably is !
