O2 have placed a IMEI block on my device due to missed payments. I have paid the missed payments & completely paid of my device. I have rang customer services multiple times to be told that the IMEI block has been lifted, but my device is still not workable and it is being very frustrating as I have paid for a device that I cannot use. I have also spoken to the payment management team who are also not helpful. Is anyone on here able to help me get my device working again?

There is no one on here who can help you as this is a customer to customer community, and there is no o2 support on here.
You will need to keep on at o2, and it depends when you paid off the device plan and the debt owed to o2, as it can take 24 to 48hrs to remove any bars..

Thanks for the reply. I will try to gain advice/support from somewhere else. I paid of the device over three weeks ago and have been on the phone to o2 everyday but getting nowhere

Might also be worth asking if your sim has any bars remaining on it @12gemma24
