I asked for a replacement sim on the 23rd July for my daughter. They suggested an eSIM. Now nearly a month later she still has no working sim. It’s just said stick in processing. My whole summer has been calling o2 for people to say they’ll raise a ticket to the back team! It never works! It’s unbelievable!!!

I would be inclined to visit a local O2 retail store and see if they can help :-

Please remember to take photo ID with you. Is the contract in your name or your daughter's name ? If it is the latter, she will need to visit with her photo ID.

You are not the only one. This has come up a few times recently.
If it's like the others the shop won't be able to help because it will come up as processing on their system, locking them out.
