Since mid-2010 I have received bills for (name witheld) in my eMail account. I have told customer services several times - by phone and by eMail - but the staff don't have any way of fixing this. I know the customer's name and his phone number, and of course how much he spends each month. This ought to be treated as a breach of customer confidentiality, but O2 customer services apparently aren't the people to deal with this. I hope someone at O2 reads this...

This sounds appalling @peppe Thanks for reporting it. If you have been in contact with Customer Services and they aren't helping then I will mention @Toby the community head..He may wish to PM you.Or @Martin-O2 the community manager
Of course you can always complain http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain .
As you say this is a serious data breach...
