How to get mobile phone call records?

Hi i was just wondering if anybody could help me, I'm needing to get mobile phone call records, I have sent away a form and the information I got back only contained text messages, I want to know if there is any way I can get calls? This matter is urgent and very important and any help or information would be great, Thanks.

The calls you've made i.e. time, duration etc? If you're on contract then they're all on your online bills.

Thanks for that canwefixit, only thing is it is a pay as you go phone so dont think I have an online billing account? Do you know if this is correct and if not, where would I find this? Thanks

Ah I see, no pay and go customer's don't get access to itemised billing online.
Was it a subject access request that you sent in? Link: Click Here
This would be the only way to get any info on calls you've made on pay and go, if there's even any info to be had.

Yeah it was the subject access report that I sent away for, I spoke to an advisor who said they would be in contact with me about it but I have so far had no reply. I will keep trying, thanks again for the help and advice.
