How do I set a memorable answer to get past security for CS "Help" line?

Usually I use my (REMOVED), but I can't find any option in MyO2 on the website to set this?

 

Can anyone help? @Dave-O2?

I've tried to do it via account settings in MyO2 and I got this... Forbidden 403 page

It used to be under My Details but was recently removed or that part of the system is broken.

Just more of the same old poop these days

@MI5 Flippin' typical, their network is often not fit for purpose, and even the website doesn't work, how tf are these guys "Award winning"?!
