How do I consolidate my old and new O2 accounts?

I upgraded my old O2.co.uk website account from the old username, and it now has to log-in using my email as my username.

I now have:

O2.co.uk account (email address as username)

O2 Forums account (ksdixon)

O2 Community account (lilsting10)

I cannot log into my old O2 Forums account, which is the one I would like tied-to the O2.co.uk account, rather than this new one I have had to create. How do I go about this?
